4. Results & Testimonials

Where testimonials are shown, the individual may have received the program at a discount, at no cost, or received other compensation. Where an on-air radio personality endorses the program, that endorsement is a paid or otherwise compensated relationship unless expressly stated otherwise, consistent with FTC guidance on endorsements and testimonials.

Any figures describing outcomes across the Secret for Weight Loss™ network — including references to "100,000+ success stories" — refer to the network of affiliated providers nationwide, not to this practice alone. Statistical information is derived from surveys and data collected by Secret for Weight Loss affiliated providers and is provided for informational purposes only. This program is not a cure or treatment for any health condition.

5. Nutraceutical Products

Nutraceutical products supplied as part of the program are dietary supplements, not pharmaceuticals. Do not use them if you are pregnant, nursing, or trying to become pregnant without first consulting your physician. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience any adverse reaction. Keep all products out of the reach of children.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, submit a form, or enroll in a program. By using the Services, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We may decline to accept anyone into the program at our discretion, including for clinical reasons.

7. The Free Metabolic Assessment

The Metabolic Assessment is offered at no cost and with no obligation to enroll. It is a consultation to review your history and goals and to determine whether the program is an appropriate fit. It is not a medical diagnosis, and it does not constitute treatment.

Appointments are limited and are offered subject to availability. We may need to reschedule, and we ask the same courtesy in return. Statements about limited spots reflect our actual scheduling capacity for 1:1 specialist time.

8. Enrollment, Fees & Refunds

Enrollment in the program is governed by a separate written program agreement that you will review and sign before any payment is taken. That agreement — not this page — controls program pricing, payment terms, financing, cancellation, and refunds. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed program agreement, the program agreement controls.

Any pricing or financing figures shown on this website (for example, "terms as low as $149/month") are illustrative, subject to change, and subject to credit approval where financing is involved. They are not an offer of credit.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or submit another person's information without their permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, forms, or accounts;
• Scrape, copy, republish, or resell any content from this website without our written permission;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the website or its infrastructure.
